Customers may request cancellations or replacements within 24 hours of booking or receiving an item, provided that the item or service has not yet been rendered or dispatched. Requests must be submitted via email to support@bookinclick.com and are subject to approval. No cancellations or replacements will be processed after the service has been delivered or commenced unless required by law.
All prices listed on www.bookinclick.com are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on the service or event. Prices are confirmed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Transactions are processed in USD or any other agreed currency. Currency conversions are based on rates determined by our payment gateway or banking partners.
For service-based products, delivery is complete upon issuance of confirmation via email or voucher. BookinClick.com will not deal with or provide services to any individuals or entities from countries sanctioned by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other applicable international regulations.
No-shows without prior notification will be considered a cancellation. No refund will be issued for no-shows.
All rates quoted are net, non-commissionable, and inclusive of applicable service charges and taxes, excluding city taxes or fees payable directly to hotels. Invoices must be paid in the currency issued unless otherwise agreed.
Use of the online booking system is restricted to FIT bookings (less than 9 rooms). Group bookings (9 or more rooms with same dates) may be cancelled unless booked via ops@bookinclick.com..
BookinClick.com acts solely as an intermediary for travel services. All product details are supplied by third parties. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or disputes from onward resale by agents or resellers. Resellers must indemnify BookinClick.com against all claims arising from onward sales.
You are solely responsible for the use of valid credit cards. Any losses due to chargebacks or fraudulent use of cards shall be borne by you. Guest cards may only be used for their respective bookings.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method. If immediate refund is not possible, the amount will be stored as credit for future bookings. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
You confirm that neither you, your shareholders, directors, nor clients appear on any OFAC, SDN, or similar sanction lists. You agree to immediately notify BookinClick.com if any party becomes listed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
